Training Committee
The Training Committee agrees and monitors the activities of our Academy for Training and Education. This is to make sure that we are achieving our training objectives, which are to:
- Develop our fellowship scheme
- Implement an academic training and mentoring programme
- Develop the Academy's profile
The Committee meets every three months and membership consists of:
- Associate Director of Training and Education, Biomedical Research Centre
- Scientific Strategy Board members, Biomedical Research Centre
- Director of the Stepping Stones programme
- Director of Research and Innovation, Central Manchester University Hospitals
- Director of Innovation and Academic Affairs, Central Manchester University Hospitals
- Operational and Training Manager, Biomedical Research Centre
- Associate Dean for Graduate Education, University of Manchester's Faculty of Medical and Human Sciences
- North West Region's Integrated Academic Training Programmes Academic Lead.
